Farm Info

Finca Las Guineas, led by Fabian Murcia, has partnered with specialty coffee producers Elkin Guzman and Rodrigo Sanchez to boost production and expand crop growth. Known for its pioneering work with Geisha variety coffee, the farm is gaining market recognition and focusing on sustainability. Located in Isnos, Huila, at 1,900 meters above sea level, Finca Las Guineas benefits from volcanic soils and a favourable climate, creating an ideal environment for coffee cultivation.

Coffee cherries are harvested at 24°–28° Brix and pH 5.6–5.9, pulped and fermented for 34 hours in tanks, then washed and sun-dried for 4–5 days before finishing under shaded canopies for 18 days to ensure balanced flavour development.
